Intro

Will keep my intro short. I have a film theory degree, even though I slept halfway through my final exam. But I knew how to belt out a 10 page paper and got the deal done. Wrote a book recently. Still can’t believe I did that.

There will be a lot of ”heart over objective technical opinion” in my reviews. I may comment on production values, and credible story-telling, but I will most likely be writing about what I “get out” of the movie and if I’m a better or worse person for it. I wont be doing every movie because there will be some I may not be interested in. It may sometimes even be more of an analytical approach like a college term paper rather than review. There may even be a little introspection as I write this stuff down. Need to apply this stuff to real life, you know. I try not to waste peoples time so hopefully to anyone reading this, it will be time well spent.
